When witches go riding,
and black cats are seen,
the moon laughs and whispers,
‘tis near Halloween. Author Unknown
Halloween is celebrated almost as much as Christmas. I think it's because it is such a fun day. We get all dressed in costumes and for one day get to pretend we are someone else or something else. Children put on their favorite superhero costumes and believe they have superhuman powers. And then there is the candy!
But let's start with the pumpkins. First, there's going for a ride to the pumpkin farm. Maybe a ride in a hay wagon, pulled by a John Deere tractor to the pumpkin field. Then the hunt begins to pick out just the right pumpkin. Now my favorite part, the carving. Who can make the scariest one?
Here are my scary soap pumpkins. You get all three. They are all dressed up in their glittery best. The scent is "Spiced Pumpkin".
